Request for Cancellation of Incorrectly Charged Turkcell Package

Dear Turkcell Customer Service, We purchased a KKTC package for my son, who is performing his military service in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC). However, instead of activating the intended KKTC package, a package named "tyg Avantaj (December 21 days) (21 units) 5.250,00" was activated without our authorization and subsequently charged to our invoice. I kindly request the cancellation of this unjustly applied invoice amount. Had we been aware of this issue, we would have opted for the paid military service package with Turkcell.
