Turkcell Charged Me for a Serbest Package I Did Not Renew or Use

In April, I purchased a one-month package from Turkcell for my daughter’s prepaid line while she was visiting Turkey for a 15-day vacation from abroad. When purchasing the package, I repeatedly asked the customer representative to ensure it would not auto-renew, and I was assured it would not. I didn’t experience any such issue last year. However, although the package expired in May and I didn’t purchase a new one in June, a new package fee of ₺401 was charged to my account. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the package had been repurchased through the app. But my daughter, who owns the line, is abroad and there has been no call, message, or app activity on the line. I also don’t use the app and haven’t accessed the line. Despite this, a new package was added and charged as if the line were being used in Turkey, without our consent. I request that this error be corrected and the unjustly charged ₺401 be refunded.
