Turkcell Reactivated a Package I Had Already Canceled

I was charged ₺5600 for my Turkcell postpaid line for the month of June, and upon inquiry, I was told this unusually high bill was due to the activation of the TYG Avantaj package. However, I had already requested the cancellation of this package during a previous activation, and the cancellation was confirmed. Since May, I have been abroad and have not used this package at all. There were no similar charges in the previous months, yet Turkcell issued an inflated bill solely for June. I had no knowledge of the package being reactivated and did not authorize or use it in any way. I am requesting the cancellation of the ₺4500 charge specifically related to the TYG Avantaj package, which I never used. It is unacceptable to be billed such a large amount for a service that was neither requested nor utilized. For your reference, I have attached screenshots showing my previous billing amounts and the incorrect charge applied in June, and I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and the unjustified amount refunded as soon as possible.

Dear Customer, We tried to call you at the contact number you provided, but we were unable to reach you. When your line receives a signal from a foreign network, an informational SMS is sent regarding how charges will be applied for usage abroad. After this SMS, if you use your line, charges are applied automatically. The 'Your Tariff is Valid Abroad' package is activated daily based on your usage abroad. You will not be charged on days you do not use it. You can contact us regarding your request through the 'Help - Submit New Request' section within the Turkcell app. Best regards, Turkcell
