Turbo VPN Charged Me For No Reason
On 19 October 2026, I was unexpectedly charged 23.25 AZN from my personal bank account for a “Google Turbo VPN Secu” subscription linked to the Turbo VPN application on my Android phone. I had installed Turbo VPN about two weeks earlier and only used it in trial mode, without knowingly registering any bank card or approving any paid subscription. When I noticed the charge, I contacted the VPN provider and requested that the payment be refunded, explaining that I had intended to use only the trial version and had not agreed to a paid plan. Despite this, the provider refused to refund the money and did not offer any satisfactory solution. I request the full refund of the 23.25 AZN charged on 19 October 2026 and the immediate cancellation of any active Turbo VPN subscription linked to my Google account so that no further unauthorized payments are taken from my bank account.
