Turbo VPN Charged Me Without Consent After Advertising Free Service

Money was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge, and I want to have it canceled. The charge was made even though I had no information about it whatsoever. You advertised it as free, yet you still took money from me. I want this transaction reversed and canceled.

I would appreciate it if my money is refunded. I received a message saying that I made a payment, but I did not pay for anything. The charge is from Turbo VPN dated October 10, 2024.
