If you were charged for Turbo VPN without subscribing and want a refund;

• State clearly that you were charged without subscribing or giving consent
• Provide the charge date, amount, payment method, and last 4 digits of your card
• Mention that you do not recognize or authorize the charge
• Attach screenshots of your bank statement

Ask them to;

• Identify the charge in their billing system
• Cancel any active or hidden subscription linked to your card
• Refund the unauthorized charge
• Confirm that no future charges will occur
• Provide a ticket number and refund timeline

If the charge was via App Store / Google Play;

• Request a refund from Apple or Google
• Select the option “I did not authorize this purchase”
