If Turbo VPN suddenly charged your card without permission and you want to stop it;
Confirm and document the charge;
• Check your bank/credit card statement for the charge date, amount, and merchant name (Turbo VPN / Innovative Connecting)
• Take screenshots of the unauthorized transaction
• Search your email (including spam) for any Turbo VPN receipt, trial, or subscription email
Check for an active subscription first;
• Review App Store (iOS) → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Review Google Play (Android) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Look for Turbo VPN or any free trial that may have auto-renewed
• If found, cancel the subscription immediately to stop future charges
Log in to Turbo VPN;
• Try signing in with any email you may have used
• Check Billing / Subscription settings
• Cancel directly if the subscription is managed on Turbo VPN’s website
Contact Turbo VPN Support;
• State clearly that your card was charged without authorization
• Provide the charge date, amount, payment method, and last 4 digits of your card
• Mention that you did not consent to the charge
• Attach screenshots of the bank statement
Ask them to;
• Identify which account or subscription the charge is linked to
• Cancel all active or hidden subscriptions immediately
• Refund the unauthorized charge
• Confirm in writing that no further charges will occur
If the issue isn’t resolved quickly, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek visibility and a permanent stop to the charges.
