My Tumile Refund Still Not Completed
Hello. On the Tumile app, I intended to purchase one gold pack, but without realizing it, I accidentally purchased two. Then, through the orders section, I submitted a refund request saying that I bought two by mistake when I meant to buy one.
Later, I received a notification saying that my refund request was rejected, so I assumed both of my orders were denied and I spent the remaining gold. After that, I noticed my gold balance went into the negative — around -2,500. It turns out that one of the orders had actually been approved, and today the refund amount was deposited back into my account. So my refund did go through, but I had already spent the gold from the refunded purchase earlier, which caused my Tumile balance to drop into the negative (around the -2,000s).
Now I’m wondering if I might get penalized or face any consequences for this. If anyone has experience with this, please let me know. Thank you.
