Tumile took my money for coins but they never appeared — how can I get a refund or have my coins credited?

If you paid for coins in Tumile and they never appeared, the first step is to use Tumile’s official refund procedure: on their support website there is an article “How can I get a refund?” which explains that you can submit a request — refunds or coin-credits are possible if your transaction was valid and coins weren’t delivered.

If you purchased via Google Play Store, you can also request a refund through Google Play’s purchase history / “Report a problem” within 48 hours, or contact the developer after that period to ask them to credit your account.

If the purchase was made via a third-party payment platform or website, Tumile’s support page instructs to report the failed transaction from your order history; they will investigate and either credit the coins or refund the money.

If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
