Azar App Charged Me Three Times Without My Permission or Any Purchase


I'm deeply frustrated and disappointed with the Azar app for unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. On April 10th, my account was charged three separate times for ₺240 each, even though I never deposited money, purchased any subscription, or made any in-app purchase.
This happened without any confirmation, notification, or consent on my part. I already have diamonds in the app, so there’s absolutely no reason for these transactions to occur. It feels like the app is charging users randomly, and this raises serious concerns about payment security and data privacy.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺720 that was wrongfully taken and an explanation for how such a charge was even possible. Azar needs to take responsibility, fix this issue, and ensure it doesn't happen to other users.
