The handle mechanism on my Tumi cabin luggage has stopped working properly. The retractable handle doesn’t close when I press the button, and it won’t extend unless I manually adjust the clasps. Although I’ve owned the suitcase for about 5.5 years, its usage has been very minimal.
I took the luggage to the Samsonite store in Carrefour, Bursa, for repairs. After waiting for 20 days, they informed me that the required replacement part was unavailable and returned the suitcase in the same condition.
This is very frustrating for a premium brand like Tumi. I need guidance on how to resolve this issue as the repair service has been unhelpful. I expect a solution or alternative from Tumi as soon as possible.
