I purchased a Tumi bag about a year ago, and within just three months, the paint on the buckle began to wear off. On October 14, 2023, I took the bag to the Tumi store at Zorlu Center, requesting either a repair or replacement. After waiting two months, I was finally called back, only to be told that the issue was deemed "user error." No solution was offered, and the bag was simply handed back to me.

A brand like Tumi should not dismiss legitimate complaints over a simple buckle replacement. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect Tumi to stand behind their product and provide a fair resolution.
