Montblanc Card Holder from Beymen Deformed in 3 Days
On November 18, 2024, I purchased a Montblanc leather card holder from the Beymen store at Ankara Armada. After just three days of use, the leather showed signs of deformation. I returned it to the store on November 22, 2024, and they offered to send it for inspection. However, I was informed a few days later that the issue was deemed "user error."
This is unacceptable for a premium product. I didn’t buy a card holder for ₺50 from a street vendor—I purchased a Montblanc product expecting quality. How does leather deform within three days under normal use? If carrying it in a pocket is considered improper, where exactly should I carry it?
I refuse to accept this outcome and demand a proper resolution. If this issue isn’t resolved favorably, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Montblanc and Beymen must stand behind the quality of their products and offer better customer support.
