Montblanc Backpack Strap Stitching Came Apart—No Response for Over a Month

I purchased a Montblanc backpack from the Emaar AVM Istanbul store, but within just one month, the strap stitching started coming apart. I returned the bag to the store, and they assured me it would be examined under warranty.

I handed it over on January 6, yet I still haven’t received any update. First, they claimed it was sent to Germany, then to Italy—but no one is providing a clear answer. For a premium, high-end brand, this lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

Montblanc, resolve this issue immediately! I demand a proper update and a solution. Has anyone else dealt with such poor service? This is not what I expected from a so-called luxury brand!
