Trustpilot Repeatedly Removes Authentic Reviews Through Incorrect Automated Detection

Trustpilot has once again started to act improperly and inaccurately in the handling of my reviews. Under the false allegation of “ensuring the community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot”, the platform has repeatedly used a so‑called automated detection technology that allegedly looks for unusual behavioral patterns. This ridiculous automated system has consistently misidentified me and my activity, wrongly flagging my legitimate reviews as suspicious, devaluing them and delaying their publication by treating them as false. In addition, the so‑called team of experts that Trustpilot claims to employ has taken my reviews offline. These reviews are based on real experiences and contain accurate and lawful information, yet they have been removed. I have even received emails from Trustpilot stating that some of my reviews would not be published online and asking for evidence after flagging them, although the reviews themselves are already authentic. From my perspective, this team has not provided proper service, continues to provide problematic and inconsistent service, and appears untrained and incompetent. I also strongly suspect that they may be acting in favor of certain companies, instead of protecting the rights of genuine reviewers. Over time, Trustpilot has provided me with very poor service in this matter. They have repeatedly blocked or attempted to block the same comments and taken them offline again and again. About three days ago, this situation repeated itself, and my authentic reviews were once more interfered with. Trustpilot does not have the right to block or take offline these legally accurate and authentic reviews. Their attempts to block my genuine reviews with false and fabricated reasons, allegedly based on fake sources and, in my opinion, financial benefits from companies, seriously undermine the credibility and integrity of Trustpilot. I request that Trustpilot immediately stop interfering with my legitimate, lawful and authentic reviews and stop using incorrect and unfair automated detection methods against my account. I also expect all my genuine reviews that have been wrongly blocked or taken offline to be restored and for Trustpilot to ensure that similar unjust interventions do not occur again in the future.
