Hornet has not only suspended my account but also blocked my device, and I received no proper explanation for this action. This approach seems utterly unjustifiable to me. While I can see the reasoning behind a temporary account suspension, blocking the device itself really crosses a line. There was a lack of clear communication or adequate notice—only an abrupt limitation. I attempted to get in touch for assistance, but all I got were automated replies that didn’t provide any genuine help. It's really disappointing to experience this kind of treatment after following all the guidelines on the platform. I kindly ask for the immediate restoration of my device access and a clear explanation regarding the suspension. Hornet needs to improve its transparency and accountability in its interactions with users. This situation has truly undermined my confidence.
