BlaBlaCar Suspended My Account Without Proof After Years of Positive Reviews

I’m extremely frustrated with BlaBlaCar for suspending my account based on baseless accusations. I’ve asked them repeatedly to provide proof of the claims made against me, but they haven’t shown a single piece of evidence. I’ve spent years building a trustworthy profile, with dozens of positive reviews from satisfied passengers.

Now, all that effort has been thrown away without a fair investigation or even a proper explanation. I deserve to know what I’m being accused of and who made the complaint. If someone is going to accuse me, they must be required to prove their claims—not just make vague statements that cost me my account.
