I’ve Used BlaBlaCar Since 2016 but My Trip Reviews Have Disappeared from My Profile

I’ve been an active BlaBlaCar user since 2016, and over the years I’ve completed many rides—always responsibly, earning solid feedback from passengers and drivers alike. However, I recently noticed that none of the reviews left for me are visible anymore on my profile. This change is not only disappointing but also damaging to my credibility on the platform.

I reached out to BlaBlaCar support via email to request an explanation and a fix, but I’ve received no proper response. No one has clarified why the reviews are gone, whether it’s a technical issue, a policy update, or something else entirely. There’s been no transparency, no improvement, and no timeline for resolution.

I built a trusted profile over many years, and now that history has been wiped clean without any notice. This is unacceptable.

BlaBlaCar, I want a clear explanation and a prompt resolution. Restore my reviews or at least tell me why they were removed. Long-time users like me deserve better communication and support. Please respond to this issue now.
