Trustpilot Refuses To Mark My Legitimate Negative Review As Verified
I've been using Trustpilot for a while, checking out reviews, seeing what's what. But lately, I've been feeling like they're playing favorites with the brands, it’s just how I felt, had this not-so-great experience with Gap, and left a review, let people know what's up. To be honest, poured my heart out, detailed everything that went wrong, also included every piece of detail. I got "unverified" tag slapped on it. What more do I need to do to prove that my review is legit? I checked out other negative reviews, they're all unverified too. at the positive ones, all nice and verified.now I question if Trustpilot is only showing the shiny, happy reviews for certain brands and hiding the real talk. How are we supposed to trust the ratings if they're playing games like this?
