TRX Crypto Lost - Tronscan Confirmed Trust Wallet to Luno Transfer Missing

I sent TRX from my Luno wallet to my Trust Wallet, and then I tried to send the same amount back to Luno. Tronscan says the transaction is confirmed, however the money has never shown up in my Luno wallet. I asked for aid and gave them my wallet addresses, but I still haven't gotten a clear answer or proof of what happened. It's scary and confusing to see my money stranded without the right help or answer.
