Transferred BNB from Binance to Trust Wallet but Funds Are Missing

I logged into my Trust Wallet account and copied the Smart Chain (BNB) receiving address. Then, I logged into my Binance account, selected "Send," pasted the copied address, and completed the transfer. While the transaction shows as completed on Binance, the funds have not arrived in my Trust Wallet account. This is extremely frustrating, as my money seems to have disappeared during the transfer process. I double-checked the address, and it was correctly entered, so I don’t understand why this issue occurred. I urgently request assistance to locate and recover my funds. Trust Wallet and Binance must work together to resolve this problem and provide clear instructions to prevent such issues in the future.
