Trust Wallet TRX Transfer Confirmed but $54 Never Reached My Jojobet Account

Yesterday at 21:13, I sent approximately $54 in TRX from my Trust Wallet account. Although the transaction appears as confirmed on Trust Wallet, the balance never appeared in my Jojobet account.

I tried to reach support on both the Trust Wallet and Jojobet sides, but I couldn’t get through to any customer representative, so I wasn’t able to explain my issue. I have the TxID/transaction ID and screenshots of the transfer, so I can clearly prove that the transaction was confirmed.

I request that the $54 I sent be added to my Jojobet balance as soon as possible and that the issue I experienced be resolved immediately.
