Trust Wallet Unfairly Frozen My Funds

Despite the fact that I never gave my consent or approval, Trust Wallet included me in a campaign without my knowledge. They seized my balance and are now requesting payment from me in order to release it. I've asked them several times to return my funds, but they continue to ignore my requests. How can they enroll me in a campaign and seize control of my balance without my permission? When I mention filing a complaint, their customer service is equally frustrating, repeating the same responses and resorting to threats. They threaten to hold me accountable if the company suffers losses as if I haven't already suffered enough as a result of their actions. This is intolerable. I recommend avoiding Trust Wallet's dubious practices.
