I Can't Withdraw My Money from Trust Wallet

I mistakenly participated in an event through Trust Wallet and ended up winning a $4,744 prize. However, to withdraw the money, they demanded $1,186 from me. I paid the amount, but they kept coming up with additional requests. Despite making payments, my funds were never transferred to my wallet. They keep asking for more money. Currently, I have $9,028 in my Trust Wallet, but I can't retrieve it from the pool. Customer service has been unhelpful and continues to demand money. Most recently, they were supposed to process a $3,000 USDT payment, but now they're asking for an additional $10,000 USDT to complete the transfer. Please, resolve my issue without further financial demands. I've requested to cancel the withdrawal and make smaller withdrawals, but I haven't received any response.
