Trust Wallet TRX Transaction Shows Completed but Missing on Tronscan

On February 4, 2026, at around 3:15 p.m., I made a transfer of 561 TRX (approximately $221) using the TRX–TRON network through Trust Wallet. Although the transaction appears as “completed” within the Trust Wallet app, the funds have still not reached the recipient address (TFprVDBqc5HfHL94M8jvrAqoYhdK99bdRW). Additionally, when I search the TXID on Tronscan.org, there is no record of this transaction on the blockchain.

I also contacted Trust Wallet support regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. The fact that the transaction shows as completed in the app but does not appear on the blockchain has caused serious trust concerns, and I am left in a difficult situation.
I am requesting that this transfer be urgently investigated and that either the transaction be properly delivered to the intended wallet address or that the full amount of 561 TRX ($221) be refunded to me without any loss.
