I am experiencing a serious issue related to transactions I made through Trust Wallet, and I am unable to find anyone to contact for support. Even though my balance appears in the app, the transfers I made did not reach the recipient, and although my transactions appear on the blockchain, they have not been completed.
The most recent transaction I made was on November 10, in the amount of approximately $25,000 USD. In addition, there are five transactions in total, amounting to approximately $80,000 USD. I made these transfers using Tether (USDT). The transactions are recorded on the blockchain, but the amounts do not appear in the destination wallets, and no refunds have been issued to me. I have the transaction hashes (TXIDs) and wallet addresses for all transactions and can provide them to the company if requested.
I contacted Trust Wallet support regarding this issue and explained the situation in detail, but I have not received any response so far. Having such large transactions left unresolved without any explanation to the user is unacceptable.
I request that Trust Wallet review the blockchain records and my transactions and ensure that all incomplete transfers are either fully delivered to the recipient wallets or that the full amount of approximately $80,000 USD is refunded to me. I also request a clear explanation as to why I have not received any notification or response regarding this matter.
