Trust Wallet and Coin** Process Left My Balance at Zero

I was directed via WhatsApp to a platform called Coin**, and on November 11, 2025, I carried out transactions totaling 266.951 USDT. First, I was told that the USDT I had sent to my account was blocked, and that in order to resolve the issue I needed to create a cold wallet through Trust Wallet, which I did. After that, I was told that my balance had to be converted to TRX and that I needed to send additional funds, which I also transferred as requested.

Despite completing all of these steps, my balance currently shows zero on both my Coin** account and Trust Wallet. Even though I have transaction details such as the wallet address 0xFa0274dc842*d8671dF04CCEDED9633** and records dated November 11, 2025, including references like no** 185 and 252.880 USDT, I cannot see or access my funds.

I tried to explain my situation again by messaging the individuals who directed me and the related channels via WhatsApp, but so far I have not received any concrete response that resolves my loss. I demand that my 266.951 USDT balance be returned to my account, that my transactions be reviewed in detail, and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation regarding this matter.
