I Face Failed Swap Between Rango Diamond and Web3Coin on Trust Wallet

Today, on October 20, 2025, I tried to swap Rango Diamond for Web3Coin using the Trust Wallet Android app. However, during the transaction, I received an error message, and the swap did not complete. Despite that, my balance decreased by about $10 USD (approximately 350 TL). The transaction details show the block number 65247*2.

I contacted Trust Wallet customer support about this issue, but I haven’t received any response so far. The transaction was not covered by any protection or guarantee program.

I request that my lost amount be refunded and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as I’ve never experienced a problem like this before.
