On August 22, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with my Trust Wallet web cold wallet: my entire balance of 5,000 USDT suddenly disappeared. This was a shocking and stressful experience, as I trusted this wallet to safely store my digital assets.
I immediately reached out to Trust Wallet customer support for help. Instead of providing a proper investigation or solution, they told me that I needed to deposit more money in order to resolve the issue. This request was completely unreasonable, and I refused to comply. I already lost a significant amount, and being asked to send even more funds felt unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a result, I am left without access to my 5,000 USDT, with no clear explanation of how this loss occurred or how it will be resolved. This situation has caused me financial harm and destroyed my confidence in Trust Wallet’s security and support system.
I demand that Trust Wallet urgently investigate this issue and restore my lost 5,000 USDT. Customers should never be asked to deposit more money in order to fix a security problem. I expect immediate action to correct this loss and prevent similar cases in the future.
