On August 22, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with my Trust Wallet web cold wallet: my entire balance of 5,000 USDT suddenly disappeared. This was a shocking and stressful experience, as I trusted this wallet to safely store my digital assets.
I immediately reached out to Trust Wallet customer support for help. Instead of providing a proper investigation or solution, they told me that I needed to deposit more money in order to resolve the issue.
