Trust Wallet Blocked My 37,333 USDT and Demanded ₺600,000 Extra to Release Funds

On September 11, 2025, I withdrew my balance of 37,333.28 USDT from trade.digitalexchange.info to the Trust Wallet mobile app. However, after the transaction, my balance appeared as zero, and it was unclear where the funds had gone. In addition, a block was placed on my account during the USDT transaction in Trust Wallet, and my issue still remains unresolved.
To resolve the matter, I was asked to pay an additional fee of about ₺600,000, which I find unacceptable. I have been unable to reach customer service in any way, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem. The transaction was made in my own name using the latest version of the app. I have now been suffering from this issue for 11 days without any solution.
I am requesting that my 37,333.28 USDT balance be refunded and that the block on my account be removed.
