247K USDT Disappeared from Trust Wallet After Update

Since October 3, 2025, I have been unable to access my 247,686 USDT balance in the Trust Wallet app. While using the app on my Android phone, I did not receive any warning or error message.

During this time, a person claiming to be an inspector contacted me and stated that my funds were blocked, alleging that they were under security investigation. This person demanded ₺1,050,000 to prevent my funds from being frozen. I was unable to make that payment, after which I was told my case was sent for “security review.”

Later, I made two separate crypto transfers totaling ₺880,000, but my funds were still not released. After updating the Trust Wallet app, my entire USDT balance disappeared, and now I can’t see my funds at all when I log in. I have not yet contacted Trust Wallet’s official support team.

I am requesting an immediate investigation and the return of my blocked 247,686 USDT balance to my account.
