I have been experiencing a problem with the left side button on my Logitech MX Master 3S mouse for about five months now, where it does not press down and has an absurd deformation. I purchased the product from Amazon and have the warranty and invoice. The problem keeps recurring, especially with the left side button. I tried to contact Logitech technical support or customer service, but I couldn't get in touch with them. Since the product is under warranty, I want my grievance to be addressed and my request for a product replacement to be fulfilled. I couldn't connect to Logitech support either by phone or by messaging them on the website as they instructed. I wasted about an hour; first, they put me through a chatbot, and then I couldn't talk to anyone at all. They don't even listen to your problem. I've been waiting to connect to messaging for 40 minutes. Next time I buy any Logitech product, I will proceed as if there is no warranty process.
