Trip.com Refuses Refund After Flight Cancellation Despite Airline Approval
I canceled my flights through Trip.com, and the airline, Ajet, confirmed that the refund had been processed. However, Trip.com has not issued the refund, claiming it is due to the airline's policy. This makes no sense, as the airline has already approved and processed the refund, and the documentation confirms it.
Trip.com’s lack of action is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue my legal rights to resolve this matter.
I am requesting Trip.com to honor the refund confirmation from the airline and issue the amount back to my account without any further delay. Please address this issue urgently.
