Trip.com Refund Misleading and Reversed Repeatedly Without Resolution

I booked a flight through Trip.com, and the ticket was canceled. They claimed the refund was processed, and I received a notification from my bank stating the same. However, shortly afterward, the refunded amount was pulled back from my account without explanation. This cycle has repeated several times, creating confusion and frustration.

It feels highly misleading to receive notifications of a refund that is never truly issued. Trip.com seems to deduct funds from customer accounts under the pretense of refunds, but the money never reaches us. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, along with proper communication regarding my refund status. This practice erodes trust, and I expect my rightful refund without further delay.
