Trip.com Still Has Not Refunded My Flight Change Payment

Through Trip.com, I purchased airline tickets with departure on July 22 and return on August 23. Later, because the people I was planning to travel with had to come to Türkiye due to health problems, I changed my flight date to August 12. Initially, I paid approximately $801, and later I made another payment of around $658 related to the change. My reservation number for this transaction is 1w6cFk.
Despite changing the date and making these additional payments, nearly two months have passed and I still have not received any refund. I have called Trip.com customer service many times, but I have been completely unable to reach anyone. My calls are not answered, and I cannot get any information or updates regarding the process.
I request that the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced be resolved immediately and that approximately $429 from the amounts I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
