I Face Missing E-Ticket Issue After Paying Trip.com For Ajet Flight 32fdhs

On July 23, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Trip.com for Ajet flight number 32fdhs. I paid the full amount of ₺2,871.69 for my flight scheduled on August 7, but I never received a valid e-ticket or receipt. Since the flight receipt didn’t include a tax identification number, the document was not accepted by the ministry where I work. I also couldn’t access my ticket details through either Ajet’s website or Trip.com. Despite repeatedly checking using Booking No: 1638314400295682, I couldn’t retrieve any results.

When I contacted Trip.com customer service, they said that since they are based in Singapore, they cannot issue a document with a tax number or a valid invoice. They told me they would “get back to me” regarding the ticket or invoice number, but I never received any follow-up. Meanwhile, Ajet stated that they couldn’t help me without a valid ticket or document number.

This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such a problem, and I will never use Trip.com again. I urgently request that a valid e-ticket be sent to my current email address without further delay.
