Trip.com Refund Marked Completed But Money Not Received
On 23.08.2025, I requested a refund of ₺8,757.34 through Trip.com after my Aeroflot flight was canceled. I expected the refund to be credited back to my bank credit card, which I used for the original payment. Both my Trip.com account and the confirmation email stated: “Your refund has been completed.” However, even after 7 days, no money has appeared in my bank account. My reservation/ticket number is 1638315195640685.
The situation is even more frustrating because Trip.com’s customer service is not reachable by phone, leaving me unable to follow up or receive clear information. For a travel agency handling international bookings, the lack of direct communication channels is unacceptable.
I demand that my refund of ₺8,757.34 be immediately credited to my account and that Trip.com provide a direct customer service phone number so that I and other customers can receive timely support. Transparency and accountability are essential in such financial matters.
