I Face A Trip.com Scam At Shanghai China Eastern 777 Lounge — No Service, No Refund

On September 28, I purchased both a flight ticket and a lounge service in Shanghai called “China Eastern Airlines 777 Lounge” through Trip.com. When I arrived at the lounge, I found out that the same service had been sold to many other people and that Trip.com actually had no affiliation whatsoever with the lounge company. I was deeply embarrassed by the situation and had to leave the area without receiving any service or documentation.

My reservation number is jxtopy. I was also charged around ₺1200 on my credit card for the lounge entry fee. I tried to contact Trip.com customer service, but their automated phone system was designed in such a way that it’s practically impossible to reach a real person or get any assistance.

I am requesting a full refund of my payment and urging Trip.com to take immediate action so that other travelers do not experience the same kind of fraud and embarrassment.
