MyTrip Denies Refund for Canceled China Southern Flight

I am absolutely furious with MyTrip.com! I purchased a ticket from Istanbul to Japan with a layover in China, and the airline canceled the flight, yet I haven't received a single penny back! This is an outrageous ordeal, and I'm being constantly pushed between the airline and MyTrip.

MyTrip tells me to talk to the airline, China Southern Airlines. So I do, and guess what? China Southern Airlines tells me I need to talk to the travel agency, MyTrip! This endless loop is infuriating and completely unacceptable. Both companies are pointing fingers, and I'm the one suffering, stuck without my money for a flight that was canceled through no fault of my own.

MyTrip.com, you need to take responsibility and process my refund immediately! You sold me the ticket, and the flight was canceled. Stop the blame game and return my money now! This is a basic expectation when a service isn't rendered, and your failure to act is a clear dereliction of duty.
