I recently submitted a review for a hotel I stayed at on TripAdvisor, but it was never published. I'm frustrated and disappointed, as I believe my review was accurate and helpful. TripAdvisor is a valuable resource for travelers, but it's only as good as the reviews that are published. If reviews are not being published fairly, then TripAdvisor is not fulfilling its purpose. I demand that TripAdvisor publish my review and be more transparent about its review moderation process.
