I'm currently staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton and wrote a glowing review on TripAdvisor, but it hasn't been published! Frustrated, I contacted both the hotel and TripAdvisor. The hotel was unhelpful, and TripAdvisor simply stated my review violated their guidelines, but offered no specifics. Positive reviews are crucial for travelers, and TripAdvisor's lack of transparency is disheartening. I demand TripAdvisor publish my review and explain which guideline I supposedly broke.
