TripAdvisor Milan Apartment Rental Disappearance

I made a reservation for a Milan apartment rental on TripAdvisor, but unfortunately, the listing has disappeared and it appears that my payment has also disappeared! I cannot tolerate this. Unfortunately, the listing I booked is no longer available, and I am unable to reach the renter or receive a refund. TripAdvisor should be held responsible for permitting fraudulent listings and neglecting to safeguard users from deceptive practices. I kindly request a full refund for the apartment rental that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. It would be greatly appreciated if TripAdvisor could look into this matter and provide more consumer protection measures for users who book rentals through their platform. If I don't receive a response, I will take further action by reporting my concerns to TripAdvisor, contacting my bank to dispute the charge, and sharing my experience on social media as a cautionary tale for fellow travelers.
