I Can’t Withdraw My Money from Tripadvisor Tasks After Top-Up, Keep Asking for More

Hello. I loaded money into the Tripadvisor app to complete a task as instructed. However, even after completing steps and funding my account, the system keeps requesting more money under the pretext of “finishing additional tasks.” I asked for a withdrawal, but they refused and told me to keep completing more tasks instead.

At this point, I feel completely stuck and misled. I simply wanted to complete a job and withdraw my balance, but now I’m being pressured into constantly depositing more ₺. This looks like a scam disguised as a task-based reward system.

I don’t know what steps to take—should I go to the police? Will that help? I don’t even know where to file a complaint or how to initiate legal action, but I feel this platform is exploiting users under false promises.

Tripadvisor must take responsibility for this and ensure all users can withdraw their money fairly. I demand a full refund of my deposited amount and a clear resolution without being forced to pay more.
