The product was delivered to me on August 9, 2024, without a delivery note or invoice. Upon inspecting the product, I noticed that the label text on the packaging was defective, and the packaging itself differed from the genuine product's packaging, leading me to conclude that the item is counterfeit.
I was unable to create a return request through Trendyol’s online store, and when I contacted customer service at 0212 3310200, I was told that I would need to wait 3 days. I am dissatisfied with Trendyol for allowing counterfeit products to be sold by their sellers, and I request that my issue be resolved promptly.
