Trendyol Unfairly Denies Return Request for Fenty Skin Gloss Bomb

I placed an order (Order Number: 8050079174) on 15.12.2023 from Trendyol.com for the Fenty Skin Gloss Bomb Ice Cooling Lip Luminizer (2 units). As my wife wanted a different product, I returned the items, unopened and still in their packaging, well before the return deadline. To my dismay, on 04.01.2024, the seller deceitfully claimed that the products were not suitable for resale and refused my return request. They sent the items back to me.

In response, I escalated the issue to Trendyol's support team, who assured me they would liaise with the seller and update me on the outcome. Today, they called to inform me that they would not accept the return, supporting the seller's false statement that the products are unsuitable for resale. It's evident that Trendyol's support team, or rather "hinderance team," is far from being on the consumer's side.

I am determined to pursue this matter legally, as both Trendyol and the seller, Aden Shopping, have caused me significant distress.
