On April 13, 2024, I ordered a product valued ₺599 from seller "motosepetim" on the Trendyol platform, with delivery numbers 8308341568 and 9168890785. However, the merchant shipped me an entirely other item. I informed the delivery agent that I would not accept the merchandise and requested a return, then gave it over to the courier on April 18, 2024. Despite the fact that the merchandise has reached the provider, I have yet to obtain a refund. If my reimbursement is not processed by the beginning of next week, I will be forced to seek legal action against both the seller and your intermediate company for financial and emotional distress. I should not have to go through this ordeal because of the seller's stupidity. Please work with companies that have good work ethics, are dependable, and have a sense of mission.

No one has contacted me. I have spoken with customer service multiple times, but no one has been able to help. I have all the invoices and records in my possession. I won't leave even a single penny with you.

On April 26, 2024, at 14:21, I received a call from Trendyol from the phone number 0212 331 02 00 to confirm the issue and the inconvenience I experienced, and they informed me that a refund would be issued to me as soon as possible. I purchased the product on April 13, 2024, which fell on a weekend, so let's not count the 13th and 14th. The incorrectly sent product reached me on April 18, 2024, on the 4th day. On the same day, I did not accept the delivery because I saw that the product was incorrect, and I told the courier that the product was sent incorrectly and to return it. The return process was completed on April 18, 2024, by scanning the barcode, and it has been approximately 9 days since I returned the product, but I have not received a refund. Although customer service keeps informing me that the refund will be processed soon, I have lost my trust in Trendyol. On Monday, I will head to the consumer arbitration committee with all the call records.
