Trendyol Order Stuck in Limbo! Delivered But Not Received, No Refund




I am writing to inquire about the status of my order #3161255064, which was placed on January 3rd but has still not been delivered, even though the app shows it as delivered. A return procedure was started by the courier firm on January 15th, without my knowledge. Nothing has happened despite my three support requests and many live conversations. I have not heard anything about the product's progress or a refund. Someone else opened a support request without telling me about it today, February 11th, 2024. Seems like they're trying to delay or exhaust me so they can't give me my money back. From what I can tell, Trendyol's guarantee does not extend to either the money I paid for the goods or the product itself. I should get in touch with the courier service, says Trendyol. This is the sequence of events: The projected delivery date was January 8th, and I placed the order on January 3rd. The delivery and return statuses were updated on January 15th. On January 16th, I submitted a support request, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. There was no response to my second support request, which I sent on January 24th. Nothing came of the third request made on January 29th. I was unaware that the fourth support request had been created. I kindly ask Trendyol to address the matter of the product's price disparity and offer a refund to me without delay.
