Trendyol Suspended My Account and Withheld My Refund for Returned Mango Items

I returned products with return code 7250018065384319, order number 9533336701, and shipment number 191068374699 via Yurtiçi Kargo. However, Trendyol has suspended my account due to alleged "return abuse" and informed me that, as a result, Mango is unable to process the refund for the products or return them to me, even if they wished to do so. I will be filing a lawsuit for both material and moral damages over this treatment by Trendyol. As the service provider, I demand that they immediately refund the cost of these products. Suspending an account does not justify withholding people’s money and goods. Trendyol has effectively confiscated my items and funds.
