Trendyol Took Back My Elite Coupon Before Expiration and Did Not Notify Me
The coupon I earned through Trendyol Elite was canceled before its expiration time. Earlier in the day, I saw that there were more than 12 hours left on the coupon, so I thought I’d use it later in the evening when I was free—but when I checked again, it had disappeared before the stated time. When it comes to assigning the coupon, they claim you’ll earn it in 15 days, yet it takes much longer, but when it comes to canceling it, they remove it even before it expires. They claim there's priority customer support for Elite members, but although I was connected quickly, the representative had a poor attitude, lacked sufficient knowledge, and didn’t solve my issue at all. Everything they said sounded scripted. I’m also attaching a screenshot as proof. The coupon I earned on May 17 was supposed to expire on May 24, but I can’t be expected to track the exact time without a notification—and even if I try, they still revoke it before the deadline and ignore the issue altogether.
