Trendyol Gave Me a Coupon Without Notice and Deleted It Before I Could Use It

While trying to collect points to become an Elite member and earn a coupon, I won a ₺500 coupon, which was assigned on February 19, but I was given no information about it. Trendyol, which sends over 50 notifications a day to spam users, did not send a single one about this, leaving customers unaware. A 7-day usage period was assigned for the coupon, but customers were not informed, and if they didn’t use it, they were held responsible. Once the 7 days passed, the coupon was deleted. The so-called Trendyol Assistant provided no solutions, making the situation even more frustrating.
